What this covers
This policy covers the Goose website. It describes what we collect when you visit, request a demo, or contact us, and how we handle it.
The Goose product itself (recording, transcription, and scoring of authorized conversations) operates under separate customer agreements and the controls described on our Trust & Privacy page: consent workflows, customer and employee notice, jurisdiction logic, role-based access, encryption, retention and deletion settings, redaction, export, and audit logs.
What we collect on this site
Information you submit through our forms (name, company, work email, phone, and the qualifying details the form asks for) is submitted to our CRM, operated for us by LeadConnector, and is used to respond to your request and for no other purpose.
Standard technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate region) may be collected through analytics to understand how the site is used.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use website form submissions to train models. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and reasonable follow-up. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact form.
